Opportunities to learn how to properly represent a commercial tenant are often minimal and limited. For licensees who want to enter the commercial real estate field, or those who want to learn while they earn by working with commercial tenants, it can be difficult to find structured training or reliable mentoring.
You may have a commercial client looking to lease space, but not know where to begin or what steps to take. Representing even one commercial tenant can result in a significant commission opportunity, even through a single commercial lease transaction. In addition, completing even one commercial real estate transaction can provide invaluable hands-on experience.
These courses are designed to help you begin understanding what needs to be done and how to perform the essential tasks required to properly represent a commercial tenant.

it, and the professional duties you owe to your client throughout the process.
