Course Details

Once the terms of the Letter of Intent have been finalized between the parties, the listing
agent will prepare the lease and send it to the tenant or the tenant’s designated representative
for review. Once the lease is received, lease negotiations are underway.

The parties will exchange counteroffers until the terms of the lease have been finalized.
This course will guide you through the process of reviewing and analyzing a commercial lease,
understanding key provisions, and responding to probable counteroffers.

By the end of this course, you will have a stronger understanding of how to review lease terms,
negotiate revisions, and move the Commercial Lease Agreement toward final execution.
